Living with anxiety feels like walking through a minefield, and today, I'm tiptoeing carefully. Yesterday, I pushed myself too far, ignoring the warning signs until anxiety hit me like a ton of bricks. The pain flared up, and my neuropathy went haywire. It's a harsh reminder that self-care isn't just important; it's non-negotiable.

Dealing with agoraphobia adds another layer of complexity. Every step outside feels like a battle, but I refuse to let fear win. Being a trans woman in the early stages of transition brings its own set of challenges. The stares, the judgment – it's exhausting. But I won't apologize for who I am.

Finding balance is tricky. It's about knowing when to push myself and when to step back, even when society says I should be doing more. Today, I'm taking a break to recharge. Tomorrow, I'll be back, ready to face whatever comes my way.

To my fellow warriors fighting their own battles, I see you. I hear you. And I'm grateful for your support. Together, we've got this.

Much Love,

Maddi
